The Z-Spray Junior features a narrow 40" wide rear wheel base. Designed to access smaller properties, and still handle larger ones, the Junior boasts 18 gallons of liquid capacity and a total of 200 lbs. of fertilizer. With its large 4.0 GPM pump and 4 HYPRO ceramic A.I (air injection-course droplet for low drift) tips, the Junior can spray up to 72,000 sq. feet* per fill. Tips are mounted with 5 psi shut-offs for no drip. Spray pattern can be varied in widths from 2 feet to 8 feet, with its’ foldable 3 section boom. Constant by-pass jet agitation makes spraying wettable powders permissible.

The Junior has a total fertilizer capacity of 200 lbs, including its 2 rear fertilizer trays. The trays can each carry a 50 lb. bag adding traction and stability. The hydraulic drive 100 lb. hopper system has an adjustable proportional valve. Independent from ground speed, the system can vary the spread pattern from 3 to 25 feet. This system allows the operator to match the spread to the spray pattern.

Powered by a 16 hp Vanguard Commercial V-Twin electric start engine with Hydro Gear variable displacement pumps and Dan Foss wheel motors. The Junior is capable of 8 mph forward and 4.5 mph in reverse.

The Z-Plug is the first and only stand-on, zero-turn aerator. Its revolutionary design addresses the slow and labor intensive job of aeration.

Powered by a 19 hp Kawasaki with ground speeds up to 8 M.P.H., the Z-Plug can cover 60,000 to 80,000 square feet per hour and produce 2 to 3-1/2” core depth. The full floating tine head can maneuver around trees and beds while engaged. A 2000 lbs. hydraulic lift picks the tine head up in 2.0 seconds. Swivel and pin attach points make removing and mounting attachments quick and easy. This also allows for 30 degrees of pivot left to right for steering in the down position, excellent for tree rings and wavey beds.
